1. Services Provided
Gabby Binette Fitness provides personal training services designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Services may include one-on-one training sessions, fitness assessments and program design.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.

Follow trainer instructions during sessions to ensure safety.

Wear appropriate workout attire and footwear.

Inform the trainer immediately if they experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort during sessions.

3. Payments

All sessions must be paid in advance.

Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Session packages expire [insert expiration period, e.g., 6 months] after purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less notice will be charged in full.

In case of trainer cancellation, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost to the client.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions may be made in the case of medical conditions with a doctor's note.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Clients participate in personal training sessions at their own risk. Gabby Binette Fitness is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by negligence.
Clients should consult with their physician before beginning any new exercise program.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabby Binette Fitness excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage suffered by clients.

8. Confidentiality
All personal and health information provided by clients will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act).
9. Changes to Terms
Gabby Binette Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
