1. Payment Policy

Fees: All training sessions must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services. Rates are as outlined in the client agreement or pricing schedule provided.

Payment Methods: Accepted forms of payment include bank transfer & cash.

Late Payments: Failure to submit payment on time may result in suspension of sessions until the account is paid in full.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of medical incapacity with documentation. Sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
2. Injury and Health Disclaimer

Client Responsibility: The client affirms that they are physically capable of engaging in exercise and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions to the trainer. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program.

Trainer Responsibility: While the trainer will take reasonable care to provide safe and effective guidance, participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. The trainer is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct.

Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency, the trainer will contact emergency services and, where applicable, notify the emergency contact listed by the client.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in the loss of that session and no refund will be issued.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will be charged at the full session rate.

Trainer Cancellations: In the event the trainer must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
4. General Conduct

Clients are expected to arrive on time and in proper workout attire.

Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the training relationship without refund.

The trainer reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to comply with these policies.
